Jerry and Doris Tolbert have lived in our community at 3007 Par Drive for many years. Their home is always decorated for holidays and has a pristine yard no matter what time of the year it is. The HOA would like to show their appreciation with a Wal-Mart gift card and a big THANK YOU!

John Seaton recently purchased the house at 3008 Par Drive. Since his purchase he has really done a lot of upkeep to the yard and property. This yard has not looked this good in years. He takes pride and works tirelessly to provide a pristine yard. The Board of Directors and the community appreciate his commitment to bettering our neighborhood. In appreciation John was presented a Wal-Mart gift card. If you see him outside stop and say hi and compliment him on all his hard work.

Through the devastation of Hurricane Michael, Mr. and Mrs. Wright have never shied away from maintaining a beautiful property. They continue to be a shining example of what a homeowner should be. The board of directors would like to thank them both.
